Meet Stephanie...
Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I am the face behind Shimmer with Stephanie.
I began my healing journey in around 2017, starting humbly with self-help books by Hay House authors, receiving holistic treatments such as reflexology and meditating regularly. Over time, I expanded into wanting to help others. I decided to initially gain my Level 2 in reiki, and having 2 young children at the beginning, I felt called to help kids with their mental health and spiritual wellbeing. I felt stuck for some time with this, until discovering Chakradance™ Kids in 2025! I knew this was meant for me when it landed on my Facebook newsfeed! So, I began there, delivering live classes to local children, before training to also facilitate Chakradance™ classes for adults too.
Now, I find myself healing more each time I dance, and I am ready to truly bring this experience out into the world for adults and children to enjoy!
